The Committee, superintendent, and staff shall assist each new member‑elect to understand the Committee's functions, policies and procedures before said new members take office. 1. The candidate shall be provided selected material regarding the job of being part of the Committee. 2. The candidate shall be invited to attend Committee meetings. 3. The superintendent's staff shall supply material pertinent to meetings. 4. The candidate shall be invited to meet with the superintendent and other administrative personnel to discuss services, programs, and operations of the school system.
